Nashville SC got a massive MLS road win this evening, with CJ Sapong scoring in the eighth minute before Hany Mukhtar added tallies in the 15th and 17th to defeat the Colorado Rapids, who had previously been undefeated at Dick’s Sporting Good Park in 2022. Colorado earned a spectacular free kick from Diego Rubio to make the final score 3-1.
Did you enjoy it? Will it be possible to enjoy anything ever again? Maybe by the time the next school shooting happens we’ll have become numb again. idk. I hope not, but “I think it’s great to be in constant emotional pain and a state of extreme fear” is not exactly appealing, either.
Go Boys in Gold, win at sports. With the victory, Nashville SC climbs to fifth in the Western Conference. NSC has two weeks off over the international window before hosting San Jose Earthquakes June 11 at GEODIS Park.
