From Club release:
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (July 29, 2021) – Nashville Soccer Club announced today it has traded forward Dominique Badji to the Colorado Rapids in exchange for up to $100,000 in General Allocation Money, an immediate $50,000 and an additional $50,000 if Badji meets certain performance-based metrics.
Badji, 28, played 17 matches for Nashville SC, 12 as a starter, while providing one goal and two assists.
Badji obviously turned out to be the odd man out with a striker depth chart that has expanded in big ways since his signing. Given his recent lack of availability due to injury, the impact won’t be felt too directly.
