The Americans will open the tournament against the winner of the European playoff, play England Nov. 25 (the day after Thanksgiving), and close group play against Iran Nov. 29.
The winner of Group B plays Group A’s runner up Dec. 4, while the second-place team in B will take on the A winner Dec. 3.
