We’re at an international window, which means plenty of Nashville SC players headed out to wear the crests of their countries. Those, plus the typical loan contingent in this edition of Not Gold.

Midfielder Aníbal Godoy

On international duty with Panama

Godoy captained Panama against Costa Rica and went the distance in the 0-0 draw. He completed a team-high 58/64 passes in the match.

He repeated the captain/full-90 routine in the 3-0 win against Jamaica. He completed 36/37 passes and made one ball recovery as his team dominated the Reggae Boyz.

Defender Alistair Johnston

On international duty with Canada

Johnston started and went the distance at right CB of a 3-5-2 in Canada’s 1-1 draw against Honduras. He completed 82.6% of his passes.

He started at right fullback in a back four (though Canada ultimately switched to a 3-5-2) against the United states, the second straight 1-1 draw for the Canucks. He completed 16/20 passes and committed three fouls.

Winger Randall Leal

On international duty with Costa Rica

Leal started in Costa Rica’s 0-0 draw against Panama, taking no shots and committing one foul. He was subbed off – stretchered off, even – with an injury in the 73rd minute, but it ultimately proved to be cramping.

Leal would go on to start and play 81 minutes in Costa Rica’s 1-0 loss to Mexico, completing 84.6% of his passes and contributing one key pass.

Defender Walker Zimmerman

On international duty with the United States

Zimmerman has not seen the pitch through two games for the United States in the World Cup Qualifying window, a 0-0 draw against El Salvador and a 1-1 outing against Canada.

Winger David Accam

On loan to Hammarby IF in Sweden

Hammarby is on break over the international window. Accam was not called to Ghana’s national team.

Midfielder Irakoze Donasiyano

On loan to OKC Energy FC in USL Championship

Donasiyano was not in the squad as Oklahoma City knocked off Memphis 901 FC by a 1-0 score Wednesday, nor as the Energy took a short bench to Sporting KC II Sunday for a 3-0 loss.

Defender Tom Judge

On loan to Pittsburgh Riverhounds in USL Championship

Judge was in the starting lineup, but subbed off at halftime following a 45th-minute yellow card during the Riverhounds’ 1-0 win against New York Red Bulls II. He completed 14/23 passes, won 8/10 duels (including his only aerial), made four tackles, two interceptions, and a clearance, and won two fouls.

He once again played the first 45 at .left wingback in a 3-5-2 as Pittsburgh drew San Antonio 1-1 on the road. He completed 7/14 passes, won 2/5 duels (0/2 aerial), made two interceptions and was fouled twice.

Defender Miguel Nazarit

On loan to Independiente Santa Fe in Colombia

Santa Fe beat Atlético Bucaramanga 1-0 in the second leg of a Copa Colombiana match, advancing in the tournament. El León went on to draw Independiente Medellín 0-0 in league play. Nazarit was not named to the squad for either match.

Defender Nick Hinds and goalkeeper Elliot Panicco

On season-long loans to Austin Bold FC in USL Championship. Nashville has right of recall if necessary.

Hunds was not in the squad (for the second straight game), but Panicco went the full 90 in Austin’s 2-1 win against San Antonio FC. The keeper made three saves to earn the win, completed 13/23 passes (with Bold only playing short once), won is only aerial duel, and made one clearance.
